Rehydrate the contents of 1 vial aseptically with 2 ml ethanol. Mix well and aseptically add to 450 ml sterile, molten, cooled (45-50°C) TM 1154 - C. BOTULINUM ISOLATION AGAR BASE along with 50 ml Egg yolk Emulsion. Mix well and pour into sterile Petri plates.
