Rehydrate the contents of 1 vial aseptically with 10 ml of 50% ethanol. Mix well and aseptically add to 1000 ml sterile,
molten, cooled (45-50°C) TM 928 - WESLEY BROTH BASE (as per APHA) along with 6.25 ml of cooled alkaline Hematin
Solution. Mix well and dispense as desired.
