Rehydrate the contents of 1 vial aseptically with 1-2 ml of sterile distilled water. Mix well and for primary enrichment aseptically add 1 vial of TS 034 to 500 ml, sterile, cooled (45-50°C) TM 2093 - FRASER BROTH BASE, MODIFIED (HALF FRASER BROTH) / TM 1472 - FRASER BROTH BASE (ISO 11290-1: 2017) / TM 1937 - HALF FRASER BROTH BASE (ISO 11290- 1:2017) / TM 2092 - FRASER BROTH BASE along with rehydrated contents of 1 vial of Fraser Selective Supplement TS 035. Mix well and dispense as desired.
