Rehydrate the contents of 1 vial aseptically with 5 ml of sterile distilled water. Mix well and aseptically add it to 500 ml
of sterile, molten, cooled (45-50°C) TM 1061 - OXYTETRA GLUCOSE YEAST AGAR BASE (OGYE AGAR BASE) ISO 6611:2004.
Mix well and pour into sterile petri plates.
