Warm up the refrigerated supplement to 45-50°C. Shake well to form uniform suspension. Aseptically add to 450 ml sterile, molten, cooled (45-50°C) TM1218 - LEGIONELLA AGAR BASE / TM2156 - LEGIONELLA AGAR BASE W/O CHARCOAL. Mix well and pour into sterile petri plates. The fil pH of the medium will be 6.9 ± 0.2.
