Rehydrate the content of 1 vial aseptically with 5 ml of sterile distilled water. Mix well and aseptically add to 1000 ml of
sterile, molten, cooled (45-50ºC) TM 2035 - CETRIMIDE AGAR BASE (W 1.3% AGAR) / TM 060 - CETRIMIDE AGAR BASE /
TMV 060 - CETRIMIDE AGAR BASE (VEG.). Mix well and pour into sterile petri plates.
