Warm up the refrigerated supplement to room temperature. Shake well and aseptically add the entire content (20 ml) of
1 vial of sterile Oleic Albumin Supplement to 180 ml of sterile, molten, cooled (45-50°C) TM 720 - DUBOS OLEIC BROTH
BASE / TM 100 - DUBOS OLEIC AGAR BASE along with 5000 to 10000 units of penicillin. Mix well.
