Rehydrate the contents of 1 vial aseptically with 5 ml of 50% ethanol. Mix well and aseptically add to 940 ml of sterile, cooled TM 1335 - CAMPYLOBACTER CEFEX BROTH BASE / TM 1403 - PARK & SANDER ENRICHMENT BROTH BASE / TM 2274 - PARK & SANDER ENRICHMENT BROTH BASE (ISO/DIS 10272:1995) along with 50 ml sterile defibrited blood and Park and Sanders Selective Supplement B. Mix well and dispense into sterile tubes.
