Rehydrate the contents of 1 vial aseptically with 10 ml sterile distilled water. Mix well and aseptically add to 1000 ml of sterile, molten, cooled (45-50°C) TM1894 - BUFFERED CHARCOAL YEAST EXTRACT AGAR MEDIUM (ISO 11731-2:2017). Mix well and pour into sterile Petri plates.
