Mix well and aseptically add it to 90 ml of sterile, molten, cooled (45-50°C) TM1587 - POLYMYXIN PYRUVATE EGG YOLK MANNITOL BROMOTHYMOL BLUE AGAR BASE (PEMBA)) along with 5 ml of Egg Yolk Emulsion. Mix well and pour into sterile petri plates
