For selective isolation of Clostridium perfringens.
Rehydrate the contents of 1 vial aseptically with 5 ml sterile distilled water. Mix well and aseptically add it to 500 ml of sterile, molten, cooled (45-50°C) TM808 - PERFRINGENS AGAR BASE (O.P.S.P) along with sterile rehydrated contents of 1 vial of Perfringens Supplement B. Mix well and pour into sterile petri plates.
