Staph Strepto Supplement
Rehydrate the contents of 1 vial aseptically with 2 ml of sterile distilled water. Mix well and aseptically add it to 500 ml of sterile, molten, cooled (45-50ºC) TM 071 - COLUMBIA BLOOD AGAR BASE / TMV 071 - COLUMBIA BLOOD AGAR BASE (VEG.) along with 25 ml of sterile defibrited horse blood, TM 2044 - COLUMBIA BLOOD AGAR BASE W/ 1% AGAR. Mix gently and pour into sterile petri plates.
