Rehydrate the contents of 1 vial aseptically with 5 ml of sterile distilled water. Mix well and avoid frothing of solution.
Aseptically add the contents to 475 ml of sterile, molten, cooled (45-50°C) TM 1212 - KUPFERBERG TRICHOMOS BROTH
BASE (TRICHOMOS BROTH BASE, KUPFERBERG) along with 25 ml sterile beef or human serum. Mix well and dispense
as desired.
