Trichomonas Selective Supplement Ii
Rehydrate the contents of 1 vial aseptically with 5 ml of sterile distilled water. Mix well, avoiding frothing of the solution.
Aseptically add the contents of 1 vial to 460 ml of sterile, molten, cooled (45-50°C) TM 1307 - TRICHOMOS AGAR BASE
along with 40 ml of ictivated Horse Serum. Mix well and pour into sterile petri plates.
