Yersinia Selective Supplement
Rehydrate the contents of 1 vial aseptically with 2 ml of sterile distilled water and 1 ml of ethanol. Mix gently to dissolve the contents completely and aseptically add to 500 ml of sterile, molten, cooled (45-50ºC) TM 501 - YERSINIA SELECTIVE AGAR BASE (CIN AGAR) / TM 2439 - YERSINIA SELECTIVE AGAR BASE, W/ 1.2% AGAR / TM 2440 - YERSINIA SELECTIVE BROTH BASE. Mix well and pour into sterile petri plates.
